The main house contains a master bedroom suite with king-sized bed and bath. Two other bedrooms face a sun-room, each with private bathrooms and two extra-long single beds that can be joined together to create additional king-sized beds. A fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom sits on top of the pool house with its own private patio and magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea and coastline. The main building also houses the dining room, living room, sun room, kitchen, additional sitting areas for conversation, reading and opportunities to play games. The large windows allow natural light to beam through the house with the comfort of the soothing and gentle sea breezes. All bedrooms are well equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A laundry room and caretaker’s unit are located outside the main building. The pool house sports comfortable chairs, bath, and outdoor shower. A large pool and Jacuzzi sits just next to the sea, perfect for daytime swimming and children splashing, for that last dip before a delicious Jamaican dinner by our excellent cook, or for an evening swim gazing at the stars. All rooms are equipped with cable television and music capabilities. The Villa features a large collection of books, CDs, DVDs, videotapes and games that are available for your enjoyment. Wireless internet access is available for those who bring a personal laptop a local cell phone can be provided on request. Directly in front of the Villa is a private cove for swimming, sunning, or touring. Lawns and well maintained tropical gardens of flowers and fruiting trees surround the property. Unforeseen Events In the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Paradise Resorts Management, the hirer will be offered alternative accommodation at the same price if available or a full refund of monies paid at that time. In the event that no suitable accommodation can be offered then a full refund of monies already paid for the villa rental will be refunded.
