We have increased frequency of cleaning for all communal and staff areas; and ensure use of facemasks whilst cleaning. Additional compulsory Hand Sanitizer stations are situated in communal areas. There is clear signage and floor markings to support social distancing and directional traffic flow. Socially distanced check-in; with acrylic protection screens in place at check in desk for staff and guest protection. Minimum touch points supported by online check in and payment options. All guests keys are disinfected after each use. Guests information books have been replaced with QR codes.All team members are trained to ensure the health and safety of both our staff and guests. This includes COSHH training to ensure the correct use for cleaning products. Daily housekeeping serviced is offered - rooms are sanitised before arrival and on departure.
