Located a few steps from LoDo and a 6-minute walk from Larimer Square, Renu On Wazee has accommodations in Denver. All units feature air conditioning (except 4th-floor units) and a smart, internet flat-screen TV. Rooms have fridges and kettles too. Popular points of interest near the condo hotel include Ball Arena, Colorado Convention Center and 16th Street Mall. Pets Your furry friends are welcome for a small daily fee of $15 a day (capped at 15 days), I am able to accept 2 pets per studio. Certain breeds of dogs are not able to stay - please reach out. All dogs need to be licensed and registered. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines. Welcome - please treat this home as your own, and enjoy everything Boston has to offer! - $49 refundable pre-authorization hold due before check-in for reservations 7 days or shorter for a late checkout, additional cleaning, indoor smoking, buildings services, and any charge not explicitly covered by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee
- 7 to 13 nights = $99, 14 to 27 nights = $199, $399 for 28 to 44 nights, $499 for 45 to 89 nights, 90 to 180 nights = $599, 181 or more nights = $1000.
- Additional pre-authorization hold in an amount above for each guest above 2 for a one-bedroom, 4 for a two-bedroom, and 5 for a three-bedroom
- No charge or hold for service animals registered with the city.
