The Villa features a large wrap around veranda that spans the entire length of the main house which overlooks Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, this is the perfect setting for indoor and outdoor dining experiences and opportunities to relax in the well positioned hammocks. The manicured lawns and well maintained gardens, feature fruit baring trees and tropical beautiful flowering plants all adding to the magnificent views of this property. Home grown fruit is often served to our guest's right from our very own back yard. The Master bedroom is the largest of the five rooms and features a King size, four poster bed, French doors that open out to the veranda with perfect ocean views. The Bathroom features a mirrored ceiling, sunken bath tub, separate dressing room and walk in shower. Our Cottage is joined by a clay Mexican tiled walkway that houses bedrooms two, three and four. All three rooms have connecting doors that can also be locked for privacy. Our hideaway is the fifth bedroom with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, perfect for honeymooners. This is the perfect property option for families, groups, large and intimate weddings. Directions and Local Contact Numbers Security Deposits Any security deposits that have been paid will be refunded to you by either PayPal or via Bank Transfer in USD Dollars, unless otherwise agreed within 7 working days from departure. Unforeseen Events In the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Paradise Resorts Management, the hirer will be offered alternative accommodation at the same price if available or a full refund of monies paid at that time. In the event that no suitable accommodation can be offered then a full refund of monies already paid for the villa rental will be refunded. Any refund is restricted to the property hire costs and we are not liable for any cancellation or administration charges for travel arrangements, etc. Responsibilities Neither The Property Manager nor their representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, swimming pool maintenance, emptying of swimming pool for necessary maintenance, failure of any public service supply. Injury and Damage The Property Manager acts as a booking agent on behalf of the owners of the properties we offer and, as such, your agreement is with the owner. We do not have any responsibility to compensate you for any personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party, during the booking period or thereafter.
