There are 4 studio apartments, two upstairs and two downstairs, with all their services and independent spaces. The two upstairs have sea views, the two downstairs have use of the garden. They are assigned by preference and reservation order. 1312 feet from the oceanic beach of Punta Rubia, 0.6 mi from La Pedrera and 23 mi from Cabo Polonio. Located on a street with almost no traffic but with very easy access. Capacity up to 2 people, at most one baby or small child. They have a covered barbecue, front and side deck with wooden pergola for shade, Paraguayan hammock and wooden garden furniture. In the environment a double bed with mosquito net, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner stove with an oven, a microwave and the necessary for cooking. Crockery for 2 or 4 people. Full bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. You can leave the car in the garden, in front of the apartments. Pets are accepted with a supplement but the property is NOT fenced. It has WIFI and fan (Not air). For the winter supergas stove. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE. IT IS AN OPTIONAL SERVICE AND WITH COST No water, electricity, or gas consumed is charged. No subsequent cleaning is charged either, although it is expected to be returned in good condition.
