The 2nd floor has 12 tatami mats and a closet space, and the beams made by the traditional method are exposed and the ceiling is high, so you can spend your time in a spacious space. The first floor has a strong Showa era atmosphere. There is a tatami room where you can cook in the kitchen. The floor, walls, toilet bowl, etc. have all been redesigned. There is one Western-style toilet with wash and heated toilet seats. The floor and walls of the shower room have been repainted. You can use the washing machine and refrigerator freely. It is an old wooden house, and there are some inconveniences such as steep stairs. Although it is equipped with air conditioners, kotatsu, electric carpets and other heating appliances, it will be colder during the winter than in new buildings. Thank you for your understanding.
