It is a central meeting point for everyone who lives and works here with free parking spaces - publicly accessible multifunctional rooms - its own store concept - coworking spaces and changing events - as well as the public square in front of the two buildings. A holistic approach is also reflected in the offer - on the one hand the place has modern high-quality serviced flats that convince with all amenities from appealing design to first-class furnishings and appropriate services.
